Coolant Oils
Coolant oils are vital for the smooth running of much machinery in high temperature locations where water-cooling is insufficient. Oil has a higher boiling point than water, so it can be used to cool items at a temperature of 100°C or higher. It also has the added benefit of being suitable for direct contact with electrical components as it is an electrical insulator. When oil is already used as a lubricant, it may serve in a double-use arrangement.
Grease
Clients within our sectors are operational 24/7, 365 days a year. With much of the equipment working overtime, it is vital to use products such as grease. Grease ensures vital components are sufficiently lubricated. It is normally applied to mechanisms that can only be lubricated infrequently, and where lubricating oil would not stay in position. They also act as sealants to prevent ingress of water and incompressible materials.
